Dear Cloverdale and Geyserville Soccer Community,

We are looking forward to an exciting year of soccer in Cloverdale! Following are some important facts:

Registration fees for the 2013 season are $75 for the first $150 for three or more siblings living in the same household (proof of residence may be required i.e. school records.) Therre will be no refunds after the first game of the season and prior to that, refunds will be less a $15 processing fee.

Cloverdale Youth Soccer League is offering a small  number of scholarships for the 2013 season. In order to be considered for a scholarship, the board must receive your letter of request. Please mail requests to P.O. Box 372, Cloverdale, CA 95425.

Soccer Registration will be held in the following locations

Sunday, May 12, 2013          Noon – 4pm at Washington Middle School

Tuesday, May 28th, 2013     5pm – 8pm at Washington Middle School

Thursday, May 30th, 2013    5pm – 8pm at Jefferson Elementary School

Notes:

Parents and child must be present to register.

First time registers must bring a birth certificate for all players

Players older than 12 years must bring a wallet size picture to registration

Late registrations will be assigned to a team or placed on a waitlist!

Team requests will be accommodates if possible, NO Guarantees!
